Welcome to SiteSafe! By subscribing to our website maintenance plans, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Services Provided
SiteSafe offers monthly website maintenance plans, which may include:
Content updates (text and image changes)
Plugin and security updates
Monthly website health checks
SEO performance reviews
Priority support and design refreshes (depending on plan level)
Details of each plan are outlined on our website and may change slightly from time to time.
2. Subscriptions & Payments
SiteSafe plans are billed on a monthly subscription basis through PayPal.
Payment is required at the beginning of each billing cycle.
Your subscription will automatically renew each month on the same day you enrolled unless canceled.
If payment fails, your service(s) may be paused until your balance is cleared.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your plan at any time through your PayPal account or by contacting us directly.
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
SiteSafe does not provide refunds for partially used months.
4. Client Responsibilities
To deliver services, you agree to:
Provide SiteSafe with the necessary access credentials (CMS logins, hosting, etc.) OR
Add matthew@mattdavismarketing.com as a collaborator or editor to your website.
Keep your billing information accurate and up to date
Use our services for lawful purposes only
5. Limitations of Service
SiteSafe focuses on website maintenance and updates.
Large-scale redesigns, app development, or unrelated marketing tasks may require a separate agreement.
While we implement best practices for security and uptime, SiteSafe cannot guarantee that your website will be error-free or immune to cyberattacks.
6. Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided by you remain your property. Any materials created by SiteSafe (e.g., graphics, reports, documentation) are licensed to you for business use.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteSafe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last three (3) months of your subscription.
8. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page of our website. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
